Cidrerie Kerisac

Cidrerie Kérisac is a traditional Breton cider house founded in 1920 in Guenrouët, Loire‑Atlantique. It’s one of France’s best‑known producers of authentic Breton cider, made from carefully selected regional apple varieties and crafted using time‑honoured fermentation methods.

Kérisac’s identity is built on natural, rustic, apple‑driven flavour with a balance of sweetness, tannin, and gentle acidity. Their range includes Brut, Doux, Demi‑Sec, and various fruit‑accented ciders, all showcasing the characteristic depth of Breton apples. The Brut is dry and lightly tannic, while the Doux is rounder and sweeter, making the brand accessible to a wide audience.

The cidery remains family‑run and committed to regional heritage, producing ciders that reflect the agricultural traditions and terroir of Brittany.
