Our story begins in the heart of Europe — from working in Brussels in the late 90’s and early 00’s, and returning to Belgium regularly to watch the Classic cycling races in the spring, visiting the timeless bars of Belgium and Germany, where brewing is not simply a craft but a cultural art form is always a pleasure. It was there that we developed a deep appreciation for authentic Belgian beer, discovering the richness, strength, and elegance of flavours that define the world’s most celebrated brewing traditions. Returning to the UK, we saw a gap: Belgian beer was admired, yet the selection available in supermarkets and pubs simply didn’t reflect its true depth. We set out to change that.

Founded recently, Sit Sip Enjoy began is a small, family-run venture in Warrington, Cheshire, specialising in Belgian beer and glassware. With our connections in Belgium and the UK, we took the decision to source and offer a curated, premium collection of Belgian bottled beer for customers in our local area, and across the UK.

From that moment, our strategy is to be a small, family run business, building up a community that enjoys great beer and also wants to know more about these wonderful flavours. Our strategy is to expanded our portfolio year after year, sourcing exceptional beers directly from iconic Belgian breweries and introducing British drinkers to flavours rarely found outside Belgium. Today, we proudly offer over 200 beers, with a focus on premium Belgian beer, complemented by world beers, gins, liqueurs, alcohol-free options, organic beers, ciders, soft drinks and more.
