Brasserie de Rochefort is one of Belgium’s most esteemed Trappist breweries, producing a small, focused range of beers that have become benchmarks of depth, warmth, and monastic craftsmanship. Brewed within the Abbey of Notre‑Dame de Saint‑Remy, Rochefort’s ales are defined by their rich malt profiles, expressive yeast character, and a contemplative complexity that has earned them worldwide respect.
The brewery produces three beers — Rochefort 6, Rochefort 8, and Rochefort 10 — each building in strength and intensity. Rochefort 6 is gently warming and malt‑forward, with notes of caramel and dried fruit. Rochefort 8 adds deeper richness, dark fruit, and subtle spice. Rochefort 10, the strongest, is a celebrated Quadrupel known for its layers of fig, plum, chocolate, and a long, elegant finish. Despite their power, all three remain remarkably balanced and refined.
Production is intentionally limited, guided by monastic principles and meticulous attention to detail. Natural ingredients, traditional fermentation, and bottle conditioning ensure consistency and authenticity across every batch.
